Contractor: routing

Linking each call and email to its job and owner

Routing works only when the job link is right. Here AI proposes the link and summary, the business's own rules pick the owner, and staff correct anything that looks wrong.

Incoming messageA caller or sender describes a job question.
AI suggests contextLikely job, intent and relevant information. Uncertain matches are flagged.
Business rules routeThe assigned person receives a brief and checks the match.
AI suggests the context. Your routing rules and staff decide where the work goes.

Context AI can use

AI reads what the caller or sender said and compares it with the job list, contact names and site addresses the business provides. It proposes the likely job, such as the warehouse retrofit, and flags messages it cannot place.

Rules the business sets

The business sets who handles each job and where general questions go. Routing rules use the confirmed context to send requests to that owner; uncertain matches stay available for staff to check. When a job changes hands, staff update its assigned owner.

A brief the owner can act on

The responsible person receives a short brief: who made contact, which job, what they asked, and anything already promised. They return the call or reply themselves, and can mark a wrong job link so the record is corrected.

Choose the job list and contacts AI may reference, write the owner-per-job rules, and name who corrects mislinked messages before the workflow goes live.
